Hey guys! So today, we have our FIRST GUEST POST!!! WOOHOOOO!!! Marcus Theend is our first guest to do so on here, and he wrote a poem! So read and enjoy!!
A semicolon is like a breath of fresh air after drowning
A realization, that after your hundreds of mistakes, you can stop counting
It's knowing that your book still has more pages
That you can still escape from your confining cages
A semicolon could be defined as “choosing to continue something you could have ended”
It's a short life expectancy, you extended
It's realizing that you were never expendable
You didn't finish your story, because you know it's amendable
Don't you get it? All of this was you
The weakness you wrote about, wasn't true
So wait a second before you take that leap to the ground floor
You survived this long, so try and survive more
Because the semicolon represents the beginning, and the end
It's having the courage to see what's around the next bend
It's the end of wanting to throw yourself away
Eventually, your story will end; just don’t end it today
